Created by Gabriela Hernandez in 2004 Besame uses modern ingredients to recreate vintage makeup and let you step back in time to the beauty and glam of old Hollywood. It is a great find for any makeup lover and if you love makeup history you will be in heaven. It’s the perfect mixture of beautiful makeup, giving a nod to history in an exquisite shop that tells the love story with vintage makeup just as it should be told.
As a photographer I truly understand and appreciate the importance of makeup to the photography process so I fell in love with this throwback to days past in an instant. Everyone is beautiful just as they are, but makeup can enhance that beauty and it makes people feel better which in turn makes them look better. When you feel good everyone can see it, so even if no one needs makeup to be beautiful, if it makes people feel better then I am all for it. As a light makeup user I do still love it. Nothing makes me feel sexier than putting lipstick on and putting it on with a brush takes it to the top for me.
