Being a business owner puts sales into a new perspective, you simply have to sell your products and services for your business to survive. So me it’s become a question of how do I sell in a way that is good for my clients.
Like many people I don’t like feeling like I’m being sold something, so the thought of selling something to someone else makes me uncomfortable. To all of the natural salespeople out there I applaud you, I know for many people that this skill is effortless. For me it’s anything but effortless so I’ve changed the focus from selling to serving.
I’ve come to learn that selling is really simply finding a way to help people get what they need. It sounds so simple but just realizing that someone who is inquiring about my products or services has a need or want and it’s just a matter of talking with them to figure out if the products and service that I love so much and believe in fills their needs. So we ask a lot of questions and take the time to listen to make sure that we truly understand the need. Once we know what the need is we will show you how our products and services fill those needs it’s all about serving, helping you get something that you need or want. That is what makes it good for everyone.
So while you may ask the question How Much Does it Cost? Don’t be surprised if you get a few questions back before you get the answer, be patient and understand that it is all in an effort to better serve you and make sure that we are talking about the same exact thing and giving you the best information possible.
