It’s all about love. It’s February and this is the month that I love to think about love, I know there are some that think you don’t need a special month or holiday to express your love and while I 100% agree, I still love that reminder to make an extra effort to make the one I love feel special.
Love of course is not only romantic love and I’m blessed to love and be loved by a lot of phenomenal people. I try to make sure to show my love all of the time, even in the midst of business, stress and everyday life. Sometimes I do a better job than others but I’m always reminded of how important the people I care about are and what an important part they play in my life. It gets easy to take people for granted but every time I think about how much I have I am grateful.
Back to romantic love though, I’m blessed to have a wonderful man in my life, and I’m especially thankful to him. Like everyone, we’ve had and continue to have our ups and downs but when you’ve got someone good, you have to fight to make it work. We’ve definitely had our battles, and I know they’ll be more to come, but we’re here in a very good place and I can’t ask for anything more. Sharing life’s ups and downs with someone is a gift to be appreciated and I am so appreciative. It helps me try to be a better person and makes life a lot more fun. I’ve got a partner for adventures and someone who always supports my efforts and me what more can I ask for? Kind, generous, smart, fun, funny handsome and so much more, I got a prize, for sure. This month, reminds what a special gift I have been given and when look at my entire life, I know it is filled with love.
